Before the demolition is begun, a thorough discussion is held with the client regarding the building, wishes, requirements, questions and other issues that are important to the interested parties. Then a detailed plan of action is written with a precise description of the work to be done, the way in which this work will be done, a work schedule, drawings, the materials to be used and giving an overview of any subcontractors involved.
